Sophisticated CAD/CNC Machining Centers

Our sophisticated CAD/CNC Machining Centers allow us to produce complex designs. Our 5-axis machines operate both Linear and rotational axes at the same time to produce a myriad of designs with one single set up. Parts can then be re-ordered at any time with the same exact precision. Our 5 Axis machining capabilities also allow lower cycle times which saves costs as a result of more material removal per pass. Cutting closer to the part and using shorter tools helps produce much better surface finishes.

In the event 5 Axis machining is not required, we will then use the most suitable CNC Centre. In this case, we can manufacture parts only a few inches or centimeters in size, or accommodate extremely large parts with lengths up to 38 feet (over 11.5 meters), all with incredible precision.

Laser cutting machines TRUMPF TruLaser 3040 L32 / TruFlow 6000

  • 6000-Watt, 6 Kilowatt CO2 Class IV Laser
  • Cutting Speed up to 140 meters/minute
  • For material thickness up to 1 inch.
  • Materials include: Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Special Alloys, Steel Alloys
  • Material Forms: Sheet, Plate, Structural, Patterned and SPV Protected 
  • Thickness Range: 22ga (0.759 mm) to 1 inch (25 mm) thick for standard materials
  • Size range: 80 inches (2000 mm) wide, 160 inches (4000 mm) long.
  • All shapes and designs CAD nested for optimum savings.
  • Twin Laser cutting beds allow for continuous operation.
  • Applications range from Heavy Industrial Equipment to Architectural and Sanitary Requirements
