On June 2-3, James Ross Limited welcomed colleagues, sales representatives, and agency partners from across North America for the IBS North America Business Meeting at its new facility in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. The event brought together participants from James Ross Limited, IBS of America, Papertech, JUD, and agency partners throughout the region to discuss market opportunities, customer support strategies, service growth initiatives, and key IBS Paper Performance Group product lines. Showcasing JRL's new office addition A highlight of the meeting was the opportunity to showcase JRL's new office addition! Guests toured the new office as well as the manufacturing operations and gained firsthand insight into the company's capabilities, ongoing investments, and commitment to supporting customers throughout the pulp and paper industry. Sharing Knowledge and Technical Expertise Throughout the two-day event, attendees participated in product training sessions, technical presentations, and interactive discussions covering a wide range of topics, including service solutions, metering technology, AI-driven inspection systems, product development initiatives, and emerging market opportunities. Hands-on sessions within the JRL facility provided additional opportunities to explore manufacturing processes and key product offerings.
